Return Policy

You can return or exchange online “jitco.com.jo” purchased products within 3 days from the order date at main branch located in;Amman - Jordan Islamic Bank Complex، Ar-Rawdah St., noting that returned amount will be refunded within 5 days from the date of return by issuing a cheeque with the buyer name, Only cash payment will be paid for direct downgrade or after 1 day and should be equal or less than 50 JOD, but for credit card payment, the amount will be transferred to the buyer account within 2 weeks from the date of return. Also, please consider the following when you exchange or return any product:

1- return date, which is limited to three days from the date of purchase, in case there are manufacturers defect in the goods only.

2- Exchange date, which is limited to seven days from the date of purchase.

3- The returned product must be not used and in its original condition with complete set of attachments

4- To bring the invoice along with the returned product

5- The returned product will be inspected by the dealer to make sure of its safety and original condition.

6- Ensure that all returned items must be free from any personal data or property, since the company is not responsible for such thing.

7- Promotional or free item cannot be exchanged.

8- The following products are excluded from the return and exchange policy:

- Printers and faxes and their attachment.

- CDs, movies, music CDs and games.

- Laptops.

- Cameras.

- Personal Care Devices.

- Disposables and inks.

- Cell Phones.

- Memory cards and storage units.

- Damaged Goods

- Spare parts

- Accessories

- Toys

- Tablets

- Cables
